but i have my softest warmest oversized rust-coloured cardigan (that sort of matches my hair and makes me blend in to the brick wall), and copper-rimmed glasses, and my silver cameo ring, and two post cards from japan stuck between the pages of my planner that make me smile whenever i look at them because they are from the boy when he was there last month, and coconut milk in my latte and my favorite big table in the corner of the coffee shop to sprawl notebooks and music scores and too many pens across, and only one more week at my job.
